Enhanced Partner Program Announced at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference

AssureSign LLC, a leading provider of electronic signature technology, today announced its enhanced Partner Program, which is unveiled in conjunction with Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference, held July 11 through 15 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

AssureSign leads the electronic signature market with easy to deploy tools that can seamlessly integrate electronic signature applications with existing business tools with minimal effort. AssureSign is already pre-integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics® Suite, Microsoft SharePoint and several other Microsoft-based applications in the financial services and CRM markets.

The new AssureSign Partner Program builds upon the previous program and success with partner-developed applications and implementations. The program will provide qualified members access to a development instance of the AssureSign application, a complete API Toolkit, access to AssureSign’s developers’ web forum, attendance in training programs and technical support. The most significant feature of the new program is the ability for partners to embed AssureSign in their existing applications and transparently provide an electronic signature component for their customers. Partners will enjoy branding capabilities that will enable them to customize all user experiences for both document originators and signatories. Partners can further benefit by reselling the AssureSign application with their applications, as a means for increased top-line revenue.

The new AssureSign Partner Program will include two distinct partner classifications – Integration Partner and Reseller Partner. Integration Partners will have full access to development platforms that will enable them to build application integrations and then move them to customer production environments. Reseller Partners will have full access to ‘master reseller accounts’ that will allow them to create instances of AssureSign to deploy as needed for their customers, with complete individualized branding capabilities for each implementation.

“Our DocumentNOW® and DocumentTRAK™ API tools, which allow our partners and customers to tightly integrate with existing environments, including Microsoft applications, has been heralded by existing partners as the most comprehensive, flexible and easy to work with API Toolkit in the electronic signature market,” says David Brinkman, AssureSign’s president and chief executive officer. “Since inception our platform has been very partner-centric with the ability for partners to brand and resell AssureSign – this new set of reseller options provide out partners additional access and an even greater benefit.”

AssureSign Integration Now Available for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM and Microsoft SharePoint

The AssureSign integration development team has developed a model for integrating Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, Microsoft SharePoint and AssureSign.  As Microsoft Certified Partners,  AssureSign developed this model as a pattern for Microsoft integration developers working on extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Visual Studio Team System provides an easy entry point into starting to extend the Dynamics CRM platform, offering out of the box templates for creating Microsoft Dynamics plug-ins.  Extending the plug-in application to connect to AssureSign DocumentNOW® services is as simple as adding a DocumentNOW .NET service reference.  For an integration provider that already understands the Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity model,  the only thing to learn may be the DocumentNOW methods for mapping data to AssureSign Document Templates.

The AssureSign engineers started with a basic standalone Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation using SharePoint services for storing documents.  A simple plug in was created in Visual Studio to perform the operations of pulling a selected document out of SharePoint, and attaching it to be streamed in to the AssureSign DocumentNOW web services.  The metadata on a selected entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is queried and matched to AssureSign template parameters.  AssureSign DocumentTRAK™ services are used to push data back to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and trigger the application to pull the completed document back into SharePoint, while updating the Dynamics entity with standard AssureSign document history.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM end user experience is seamless.  In this model, a contract matching an AssureSign template is chosen to be sent out for signing.  All data from the contact entity is sent along with the document behind the scenes, and a signing invitation is sent to the signatory.  Upon signing, the DocumentTRAK™ services trigger updates to the document and the history displayed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, where the user receives real-time information about the document status.

If you are a Microsoft integration provider, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer, or are evaluating AssureSign or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, please contact the AssureSign sales team at sign@assuresign.com for a demonstration of this application.

AssureSign LLC Becomes a “Front Runner” With the Release of Its Latest Electronic Signature Application

AssureSign LLC, a leader in electronic signature technology, today announced it has earned the company Front Runner status from Microsoft Corp. with the release of its latest application using Microsoft SQL Server 2008. AssureSign Electronic Signature Software in combination with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 helps enable customers to integrate with existing systems and processes to secure legally binding electronic signatures without the need for additional hardware or software. SQL Server 2008 provides the trusted, productive and intelligent Data Platform for business-critical applications.

“Microsoft remains committed to the success of our broad ISV partner community who drive innovative solutions to market,” said Mark Jewett, marketing director, SQL Server at Microsoft Corp. “The Front Runner program was designed to provide our partners with the best development environment possible and give them the technical and marketing tools they need to be successful over the long term.”

“AssureSign  is excited to support SQL Server 2008 because it’s an advanced platform and a great leap forward,” said David W. Brinkman, Chief Executive Officer of AssureSign LLC. “Achieving Front Runner status enables us to deliver applications to customers within the same timeframe as the launch of SQL Server 2008. As a result of the solution we have developed, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers get the most from their technology investment.”

AssureSign automates critical processes such as enabling real-time integration from clients’ existing sales and customer acquisition systems to enable electronic signing of documents within seconds of data communications.  Customer data is sent through AssureSign’s DocumentNOW® interfaces, processed on a clustered SQL Server 2008 installation running on Windows Server 2008 64 bit, and synchronous responses are returned back to clients.  The increased speed, redundancy, and improved cluster failover management in SQL Server 2008 are critical to improving our interface performance.  Advanced SQL Server 2008 features such as resource pools allow critical processes, such as responses to document initiations and the customer signing experience, to maintain high performance even with the additional load from providing richer database driven tools such as super-responsive AJAX driven ASP.NET web pages.
