The Customer Care team at AssureSign is constantly taking your feedback, listening to your needs and researching new ideas and features that can be added to the existing application. Based on this data we have added several new features to AssureSign. This latest release of AssureSign enables the customer to take advantage of various new functionalities some of which include passing of previously created documents within the communication to AssureSign. This functionality is an add-on to the previously released DocumentNOW™ family of web service interfaces. This means that customers are no longer limited to using the same underlying document on which the template was created but now have the flexibility to send a new document with every request, keeping the same template.
To make sure our customers are up to date with the latest AssureSign releases, we provide ongoing training sessions. Training sessions are conducted via the web, and customers are encouraged to attend as many times as they feel is necessary to ensure they feel comfortable using the application. Training is offered as a free service for AssureSign clients, geared toward the everyday user and covering all aspects of the application, including document and template creation and management, JotBlock rules, general administration, integration and more.
